Making A Web Purchase

An online purchase could not be simpler. Just browse the catalogues in our online shop and click on any items that you wish to buy. Selected items will be placed in your shopping trolley. When you have selected everything that you need, click on "Order". You will then be asked for a few details that we need to fulfil the order.

Online Payment

Having selected the items you require, you will be asked for your credit card details to complete the transaction. If your purchase is made outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction from Pounds sterling (GBP) to your native currency.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption algorithms. The numbers are decrypted only when they reach our computer; they are not held in any readable form on any web site.

Other Payments

We will accept payments by Visa, MasterCard or you can send us a cheque with your order. You can send your credit card information by phone, fax, letter mail or over the Internet.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Similarly, back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Delivery Schedule

We always aim to deliver your order immediately, subject to stock availability. In normal circumstances, you should receive your goods in five working days. Orders from customers outside the UK are generally received in less than ten days.

Back Orders

If any item you order is not currently in stock, we will automatically raise a back order for you. We will also send you an email giving you the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.

Privacy Policy

We never disclose any customer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this site to track the contents of your shopping cart when you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used, and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option. Any stored information is treated with total confidentiality and is used only for the purpose of contact between you and us.
